I don't think anyone embodies their role better than Lorraine Toussaint voicing Shadow Weaver. Like, if I was to cast someone as Shadow Weaver for a She-Ra Live Action Movie, I'd definitely cast her. She looks like Shadow Weaver, she sounds like Shadow Weaver (obviously), and just her whole being has Shadow Weaver vibes. She's born for the role.
Um, she doesn't look like shadow weaver but her voice is by far the most impressive

Kind of odd, but both Aimee Carrero and AJ Michalka started out on Disney singing and acting. Probably has to do something with Dreamworks former animation head Jeffrey Katzenberg working with them at Disney a long time ago.
He worked with Aimee and AJ? I already knew the three of them had worked at Disney for quite a while but I didn't know it was at the same time.
@@elenas.m.canonico2919 I stand corrected. Katzenberg left right before AJ and Aly was on the air (but he was there when they were hired by the Disney Channel). Aimee Carrero is younger so he never worked with her. Maybe knew them in passing - there is some connection to them that is for sure.

Does anyone know if the VA for Entrapta is autistic, whilst they may not be on screen, since Entrapta is confirmed to have autism, is written that way and some traits come through in her idiosyncrasies, I'd really hope they'd cast an autistic voice actress
i don’t think the voice actress was autistic but an autistic crew member had a huge part in her characteristics and writing her character basically. noelle (the creator) talked about it on twitter not too long ago.
