Why do people keep ruining classic movies? Every new movie is either directly or indirectly ripping off another. There are still millions of good books just waiting for an on-screen adaptation.

I have “felt” that a civil war is coming… absolutely disturbing that they make a movie about it in usual Hollywood prophetic fashion… if it wasn’t going to happen without the films propaganda, the movie certainly won’t help.

@shanazblacksun7201 Wicked. I am guessing they are basing it on the play and not the book by Gregory Maguire. They play was loosely based on the book. I have read it & it is really good, but the trailer depicted a little different storyline. The book just goes into more in depth of the wicked witch's life while keeping in the storyline with the book by L Frank Baum "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz". The 1939 The Wizard of Oz film was the adaptation of Baum's book. I am on the fence when it comes to this new film coming out this year because I enjoyed Maguire's story of the wicked witch's life. Hollywood more often just takes something like this muddle it up good.

The funniest thinng about Civil War is that the possibility of a civil war in the US, although very unlikely, is a believable plot, but the fact that they made California and Texas allies completely kills the believability hahahah

That Borderlands movies looks acceptably okay. One of the few gaming series I actually got pretty deep into.
you will notice in almost all these new movies they are sticking women in charge and include at least one person of color into the group.. you know.. because art dictates it.

Fabulous to Cavhil play more roles that show he’s more than a pretty face and godlike body! Henry has brilliant acting talent and it’s fab to see his diversity in roles from serious to hilarious and comedic as well as so much more in the last few years . But this looks great - Alan Ritchson too ! Wow Henry and Alan together , genius idea!

Hollywood won't adapt to changing times. Most 15 year olds have changed their dating habits, so the theater isn't as popular these days. Parents of younger children aren't just assuming Disney and PG are family-friendly and propaganda-free. And, before they can be released in China, the movie companies also have to edit out the LGBTQ+ content, make the plot acceptable to Chinese moral codes and make trailers and posters that pass the Chinese censors

It’s one of the most ordinary things in the world.’ The crazy thing is that so true.
