Glo 10 Have you noticed your character will blow into his hand(s) to warm them in colder climates? Sometimes it’s one hand, sometimes it’s both. He’ll also do an animation where he seems to open and close his hand too. Kinda like when you hold tight to something(the gun foregrip) for a while and your hand cramps up. Pretty cool details I think people miss in this game.
I agree with you Willy regarding the microtransactions within the game, as it's not like they are twisting your arm, either you use them or you don't. I suggest you sit through the end credits of any of the most recent games and just take in the amount of personnel that is required to produce a game and then what about the initial cost, sure they want to make their money back as quickly as possible as they have shareholders, who are generally mun and dad investors, who require their dividends. The amount of personnel that are employed or contracted by game producers is staggering., so maybe before we condemn them we should take a look at the bigger picture, besides if you don't like the game then don't play it, simple And yes it's heaps better than Widelands.

I've managed to get 2 headshots with 1 bullet on several occasions with the harder-hitting Snipers like the HTI and the Tac50. The main difference between the DMR and the slower sniper rifles as you said yourself is the fact that their bolt action. Another difference is that the slower ones has a higher armor penetration value, but slower on the reload vs the DMR. Also they are lot better at penetrating through certain cover than the DMR's, Another thing is from what I've noticed it also feels like the bullet drop on long-range sniping is a lot less on the Heavier hitters than on the DMR's, even if you managed to fill up the range bar, but that might just be my imagination.
Meowtast1c I’ve actually shot through building walls(not the glass part) with an ASR class weapon. Forgot which weapon I used, but I tested it on a civilian and it worked...lol. I was maybe 5ft from the wall when I did it.
You almost need to reliad after every shit with this gun it only has 5 rounds and no extended mag available for it, other than that its a great weopon not sure why its classified as a dmr in game tho it's clearly a bolt action rifle
I actually finally realized why the small mag exists. Faster reloading. And surprisingly it isn't useless. The speed seems to make up for less rounds in mag on some ASR and DMR.

Btw could you try a takedown from the bush cuz that should do a necksnap takedown (go into the bush and takedown an enemy while in the bush and the edges of the screen are smoekey). Also thers special takedowns from prone position. On the Behemoth part. It did not spot you it just uses tactical analisis to figure out the bullet trayectory and supresses that area.
The SC20k is a FN F2000 Will, made in Belgium by same maker Fabrique Nationale who made the FN FAL and FN SCAR weapons systems. Also mate talking about the difference between marksman and Sniper, the M14/EBR is an assault rifle mate but it proved too cumbersome in the Vietnam war as it blows hinges from doors and a man's head off etc so too powerful, too heavy and uses Nato 7.62 which are big heavy rounds too so...Swapped for M16. I like the G28 as Marksman rifle, Tac50 as sniper.
It is an it isn’t, I mean it’s all down to personal choice, like my favourite SR is the Recon-A1! The Scorpio is very versatile and has great target acquisition but I find it to be very inaccurate when it comes to fast fire, the bullets tend to not go where you place them(spread) I personally liked using it as just a DMR Also FYI the MK17 Assault is a BEAST! Sadly can’t equip a silencer on it though If he has it from the battle crates or buys the Wolves variant I’d love to see him use it 👍🏻
Mr House I love the Recon A1 as well. I use it non-silenced with a silenced vector on the Panther class so when I get the charging AI in close I can Ninja Vanish and get super quick burst headshots in before going back to sniping anyone who decided charging in wasn’t the best option.

I did the same thing as you at that drone station. Obviously we were expected to go to the people and get the side mission first so that the drones would be there to activate the turrets when they saw us or were destroyed but since we got to the station first and destroyed the drones it made the mission too easy. It says .338 just for the ammo category. The .50 cal snipers in the game (TAC-50, M-82, HTI) still do a lot more damage and penetrate further than the ones that use .338.
That thing that happened with the drone that you shot that blew up but was still hanging bin the sky happened to me, but with a chopper, kicker was the guys were still alive inside the flaming chopper that “exploded” that was hanging mid air and they were still shooting me😂
The SVD or “system of dragunov”, is a Russian made semi auto sniper/dmr(roughly in the middle) It’s primitive because the weapon by today’s standard is bloody old, it was released in like the mid 60s!!

@WillyB if you are in the tower you can stay in it and take on the behemoth and the missiles won’t hit you which I have done many time and I have taken on two behemoths and both times I destroyed them plus with EMP grenades and the rocket launcher helps so much.
Buxtro C. Handling is how the gun handles far as recoil and things of that nature. Mobility is how fast you can move your reticle, or iron sights from side to side.
I would think these super advanced AI behemoths can judge where to lob those mortars based on the trajectory of the bullet, impact , ect. However, after it's initial bombardment, it should send out a recon drone to scan the area for hostiles.
We have those systems in our military. One we had on our vehicles was the boomerang system. Gives you the approximate location of which direction the shots came from.

I think the whole .338, 7.62, and .45 ammo thing is just their way of doing generic sniper rifle, assault rifle, and pistol/smg ammo. Half these weapons aren't chambered for those particular calibers. Evidently, they couldn't be bothered with adding other types of ammo, but no big deal. BTW, you asked about shotguns. I use the RU12SG suppressed for CQB. It also handles the murmur drones quite nicely.

I think that the rifle with the BEST penetration is the TACH50, and I have TRIED many times to get at least a double kill, and have NEVER been able to do that. So NO, they did not program it so we can get a Double Kill... Handling is what it says, but it means like when you have to swing it quickly from one side to another. Mostly handling means the weapon can be moved faster and more smoothly. If you haven't noticed that the smaller the weapon is the better the handling. SMG handle better than an AR, and a LOT better than an LMG. And a LARGE Sniper rifle usually the worst handling. However, I am talking most about the REAL THINGS. In games they may not even be close, but it seems in the better games that these things DO make a difference.
I'm not keen on the SDV, its alot like the AK recoil wise, but the Scorpio Scout as you say is amazing. I have been trying out Rose Buds sniper today, I do like that but OMG it is so so loud. Great video. 😊😊
Zastava M93 you get off Rosebud is the best sniper rifle in Breakpoint , i snipe 500m out so the lack of suppressor doesn't matter the enemies don't hear you , i easily cleared out a Wolves base with it ..Only 3 Wolves left when i entered the base to mop up . The Zastava M93 ability 'ignore enemy armour' is why it's the best...Ignore WillyB lol .

That weapon is still a Sniper Rifle not a DMR, its Bolt Action and not Semi Auto. It may feel like it because he reloads that fast but its still a Bolt Action
I personally think if your gonna say your playing this realistically with no hud then remove the object Markers and use the hints they give you on the mission and use the markers to mark it out....kinda playing it guided cuz its telling you where to go
It's a buff you can receive from killing an enemy with the equipped weapon. When you upgrade your weapons, you get additional perks such as faster reload on kill
I like snow biomes in games they inspire survival and graphic either look bad or good and why does your guy sometimes slap a bug on his neck when in the freezing cold
It's a good sniper until it starts to bug and the bullet goes anywhere but in the middle of the scope. it only happens with this weapon so far even though i have max precision on it (+30). That's the reason why i believe it's a bug. Moved to g28 (way more interested weapon as it shines at any condition)

16:55 Handling is how much, or less, your weapon sways while aiming down sight. A higher number usually means less sway.

Zastava M93 you get off Rosebud is the best sniper rifle in Breakpoint , i snipe 500m out so the lack of suppressor doesn't matter the enemies don't hear you , i easily cleared out a Wolves base with it ..Only 3 Wolves left when i entered the base to mop up .
The Zastava M93 ability 'ignore enemy armour' is why it's the best...Ignore WillyB lol .

That weapon is still a Sniper Rifle not a DMR, its Bolt Action and not Semi Auto. It may feel like it because he reloads that fast but its still a Bolt Action

I personally think if your gonna say your playing this realistically with no hud then remove the object Markers and use the hints they give you on the mission and use the markers to mark it out....kinda playing it guided cuz its telling you where to go

It's a buff you can receive from killing an enemy with the equipped weapon. When you upgrade your weapons, you get additional perks such as faster reload on kill

I like snow biomes in games they inspire survival and graphic either look bad or good and why does your guy sometimes slap a bug on his neck when in the freezing cold
It's a good sniper until it starts to bug and the bullet goes anywhere but in the middle of the scope. it only happens with this weapon so far even though i have max precision on it (+30). That's the reason why i believe it's a bug. Moved to g28 (way more interested weapon as it shines at any condition)
