Great vid - what happens when a contact reaches the end of the sequence? Or how do you treat someone who is not interested, I'd like to sort those to some sort o sale lost list or queue or category
Hey, thanks for your comment! As to your first question, when a contact reaches the end of a sequence they are unenrolled and would not have any more engagement scheduled from that sequence. What we would recommend for your second question is, having a contact property set to show a level of "engagement" or "interest". Then making a list to hold all contacts that are not interested. You can set list filters to add certain contact properties- hence the property showing the level of interest. If you would like to automate the process you can make a workflow to add and unadd contacts that have a property change. You can view a similar video we have here: th-cam.com/video/vsz7O5wAc18/w-d-xo.html (it is about contact property changes in workflows due to form submission) Let us know if you have more questions, we are happy to help!
This is great, the only thing is that hubspot doesnt alow you to add the contact to the sequence if you dont have the email.
