Wouldn't be the same if we put into one adset with 3 flexible ads using 1-2-2 which will do 12 post IDs but with this structure I'll be able to analyse which creative is performing the best? ('cause doing the usual 3-2-2 doesn't allow you to check which creative performs the best)

Indeed, it'd be the same thing. Thank you for pointing that out, from a creative perfomance standpoint, that makes more sense.
