I can't believe every single pin I ordered was wrong! I really hope this can be sorted as it was such a let down and a real waste of money! A little heart to heart about my previous career and why I left and my plans for The Sugar Bell.

Thank you Emma. I’m so happy you’ve enjoyed them. I really hope the next ones are better but I have a feeling I won’t be using that manufacturer again. I’ve had loads of people tell me not to use them. Wish I’d have done more research 🧐

That's such a shame about the pins! I love Zap creatives for my acrylic/wooden pins, the quality is fab and they usually have discounts on too so it's easier on small businesses! 💖 your vlogs have such a cosy feeling to them 💖

Thats so weird that your pins came out like that. Its a huge bummer! I wonder if it had anything to do with the file? I know that it's supposed to be CMYK instead of RGB, but other than that, I don't know. I feel like this is something I need to learn more about as I am trying to expand the products I offer as well. Keep us updated on the next batch!
I’ve no idea. The last pins they made for me were absolutely fine. I even bumped the saturation up a little for printing. They did say this was very extreme. I looked on TikTok and quite a few other people had the same issue. I probably won’t use them again to be honest as people have recommend lots of other places. Such hard work isn’t it!
Hello Sarah I’m so sorry about your pins, really hoping that the new batch is loads better. It was lovely to see my order being packed, especially love the gelato sticker sheet and I ordered 2 as I’ve sent one of them to my friend in the US! Wow those pins were so poor, surely they could see this when doing them! I'd be looking for a new supplier, maybe order just 1 set to test them before committing to a big order.
100% I won’t be using them again. The annoying this was, my last pins from them were perfect. I’ve no idea what happened.
Your products are adorable…for the sublimation printer - the most economical is an Epson eco tank that you purchase special sublimation ink for….most people recommend HIPPOO brand ink; but I have always used the EPSON inks in both my large format and small printer…never had any issues…do your research first.

I’m asking because I’m wanting to start my art channel and eventually a business. I don’t have products and I’m so anti social that I don’t have any friends to help share my work or page so I guess what I’m wondering is how do I start with nothing?
That is pretty poor quality control they should just replace the order or refund…
They are replacing them all but we’ll see if they actually come back any better! The graphics team have saturated the proofs even more so fingers crossed!

That’s a really good question. I will answer that in my next vlog as I think it’s a long one. But the first thing I would do is set up social media and just get started sharing your art. This time of year there are lots of art challenges you can join- so people will see your work through the hashtags. It’s a really good way to be visible and get a following built up of people who like your style. Then when you do open your shop- you already have a little fan base. I’ll talk about it more in my vlog next week but for now I would say just start and get sharing for sure. (I’m also really anti social btw and try to never leave my house if I can help it. Far too traumatic)
