Is this hotel all inclusive with food/drinks?

It depends on the package you book, we had half board there and all inclusive in the sister hotel Anse which ist next to it. Both amazing!!

hotel is nice ,but beach isn't a beauty (like Dominican ,aruba,cuba..etc)
