    very important and good update....just few corrections: 1. FNG is not operational and no scope in near future.... 2. Periferal expressway is around 10Km ....not 2.5 km......but very good location to invest and even for end use....full of greenery and wide roads...

    You are absolutely right, middle class & upper middle class ke haath se Noida Expressway nikalne wala hai in 2yrs... They have to switch to Noida Extn area

    What do you think about the rise in rates in sector 137, Paras tirea and Ajnara daffodils in coming 6-8 months.

      Rates are too high in 137 at this moment.. Paras is cheapest

      @@Hindutva_Supremacy many plots all over Noida are with financers, that's why price is artificially jacked up.. many inventories will be visible in few months when property holding capacity will be over.. if you visit sector only 20% plots are constructed.. rest is just investment

    Ace builder started looting it's customers after possession they are charging 5000 rs to its customers for interior work which is total unacceptable

      Bhai sahab aap ek baari plz noida expressway visits karna yaha itna green and green buffer zone banaya across the expressway + expressway ke service e road ke saath + projects ke aaspaas or projects (housing societies and plots) ke a der bhi ki itna pollution ka aasar nahi hota hai
      Ye Gurgaon, Faridabad jesse expressway/highway nahi hai
