Wonder if the new raid pulse with incandescant and a malfeasance would be good too
AFAIK Malfeasance was not previously working with overload handcannon, but you could still make it work using stasis to stun the champs.

Why facet of command? Just curious
It's just a nice to have with all the stasis effects and tether in the build, but you could easily replace it.
