U r no doubt talented and while ur efforts r appreciated, can’t really say this is ‘easy beginners’ lesson. I do realize this is a subjective statement as it might be easy for some but not so easy for others.

Maybe I’m not a very good teacher. And you’re right it is subjective. The song is easier than Europa by Carlos Santana for instance, but maybe a little bit more difficult to play the country roads by John Denver.

I don’t agree with “misguide”, to some this is a easy Beginner song. If you took private lessons with me, starting from scratch, I could teach you this song in about the 4th lesson. Some consider the 4th private lesson as still a novice or beginner. Keep practicing, you can do it!

The explanation was spot on and since i cant fingerpick this version is as good as its gonna get. It sounds just as good as fingerpicking.

Love the song and how you play it but it would be HELPFUL if you called out the chords as it’s difficult to see exactly which fingers/notes are being played 🎶

i agree with tman, it is MUCH easier to finger pick it with 3 fingers than to do it this way.
