Love this home! Such a great project to work on
Beutiful house ❤ amazing
its aight
For 32 million I rather have 30 properties around the island, billion dollar Cabo Rojo development, or Los Palmas in the east. Any one smart knows you buy low and sell high. This is overpriced.
I’m curious, why do you think it’s over priced? What do you think it should be priced at?
@@puertoricoluxuryrealestate $14M - $17M. I agree that it's a bit overpriced. I stayed at Ritz Carlton last month for one week. The property is magical and the lifestyle is amazing. However, once you leave Dorado Beach, there's not much to be excited about for someone purchasing in the luxury category. The infrastructure is questionable as well. During my stay, we had numerous power outages. Not so much that it was a problem, but it was noticeable. My wife and I visit Naples, Florida regularly as well and are considering Dorado and Naples for a future home. Not sure why I would pay ~$3,500/sq ft. for Dorado vs ~$1,500/sq ft. for Naples.
