Thanks for the great meal idea! I've got 2 main go to meals I've been eating: The first one is Turkey and vegetables. I cook 6lbs of ground Turkey in 2 12 inch pans. Then I fill one of the pans with some vegetables and cook that. I get 10 servings out of this. The second one is slow cooked beef and vegetables. I just put 5-8 lbs of beef in a crock pot with some chopped up onions and add some vegetables 2 hours before it's done. It takes 8 hours to cook. I put each serving in a glass Tupperware container and freeze most of it. Then I've got healthy food whenever I want it.
Alex, is it okay to do pull-ups and dips adding weight if a person has scoliosis? btw will you do cs related videos in the future? Just curious about the UK IT sector prospects in 2024 for cs grads. Stay Motivated, Ninja! love your content
Not sure about adding weight if it could be potentially dangerous maybe ask a professional! Also I will still be making CS/ Software engineering videos soon!
Hi Alex! Gr8 content as per usual :> I was wondering if you think Open Uni IT degrees are sufficient for someone who’s mainly interested in website design. Or would Angela yu’s short courses be better, as CS/IT degrees are more theoretically based? I did my undergrad at ucl, but i’m thinking about getting another bachelor’s + doing something practical. Atm I waver between majoring in bio/maths and IT. Thankee xx
Sorry but my advice wont be very helpful when it comes to online courses or the open uni IT degree as i have no experience with them :( But if you're interested in frontend/ website design as a career my advice would be to start developing some projects of your own that you can show off alongside whichever studies you decide to take.
Mate, the thumbnail isn't that different! You've just changed the lighting to look more ripped. Obviously some gains there too but just do it in the same lighting
You learnt to handstand and front lever in one year whilst working full time as a software engineer? Truly elite individual
hahaha your comment made my day :)

It's true my physique hasnt changed as much as others over 1 year but thats because in calisthenics we train for strength rather than hypertrophy
@AlexLiu1 your physique looks great! You just don't need the changed lighting to emphasise it 💪
