Hi, usually this can be found in your local forum about networking or tech. If you have a working STB, you can also trace the connection using wireshark.
Hi, this model was provided by the ISP and the account number is hard-coded into it after set up. There is no button for password for a reset, I don’t think you should get this set top box anyway. STB-9832C from Inspur.

what kind of configuration you put on your ont? i tried with ont eth 4 set as L2 port but it seem pppoe is not working. my internet on vlan200, iptv on vlan111 and multicast on vlan 110
I am using a GPON SFP module in auto VLAN mode, plugged to a router (not ONT). If you are using a ONT from ISP, the best way is to ask them configure that.

@@CashPope You can take a look at Redmi AC2100 / Mi Router R3G which has the same SoC as Hex, and is fully supported by OpenWRT.
