    I remember watching him wrestle on the next mat from me in Virginia Beach “2008”. Best high school wrestler I had seen at that point. So smooth and flawless.

    I'm really happy for Jordan. He's been through the wars for so long and to persevere and improve still is testament to his talent and will to be his best. I'm excited for Yianni and Zane but for now " go Jordan, bring it home".

    I will be cheering him on to qualify the weight and win gold in Japan. As much as I hate to say it, I don’t think he gives us the best chance. He earned this opportunity and I am happy for him. Just my two cents

      Just beat Yani in a close Olympic trials like Nathan said. They are neck and neck. But he is correct here, Yani is the future.

  • @billybud9557

    Winning the O Trials then not qualifying for the Games has to be a bitter pill, and I be he'd like that match over again......he backed off the matt repeatedly.....he's a lot better than that. Go Jordan.

      @@dandevos3816 I see JO, Yianni, Zane, McKenna, and Lee as all being pretty equal. It seems some days some wrestle better than others and JO had the best trials so hopefully he qualifies the weight and than performs at that same level at the Olympics.

    • @markscott8214
      @markscott8214 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yanni, Zain, and Lee are better. And it's not close either. McKenna and JO are good. But they're just a bit further from the others skill wise. Yanni has the talent. The Zain train puts on a hard pace to stop. And Lee is really in his own class.
      JO is one of those wrestlers I'd love to see in MMA in a few years, where he could dominate a lot of guys. Because if he can't beat a lot of the guys on the national level, the world level guys will eat him alive. Mental toughness is a wrestler's greatest weapon. But sometimes it's just stubbornness.

    • @billthebutcher2
      @billthebutcher2 3 ปีที่แล้ว +11

      @@markscott8214 He just beat Yanni and Lee a few weeks ago, then he handled McKenna, who just beat Zain the day before, pretty solidly in two straight matches to win the Olympic trials, so he's maybe a little closer to them than you think.
