The photography, and especially the beautiful time-lapse photography, is wonderful, and then there is Amira, and what can one say about her voice that has not already been said a thousand times, even here on your posting? She is astounding and amazing, and always touches the soul. Those high notes!! I have read others here who say that they have never (ever) heard anything like them, and I can believe it, since I have not, either. Anyway, thanks again, for all of your hard work on this production -- it is beyond beautiful, and deeply moving, at least for me. I could listen a thousand times, and never grow weary of this song. If only this world could someday be the place which this song describes......... :-)

Yes, this performance is exquisite - and it can never be repeated, because it's her 9 year old voice. However, the performance on the "Classics is Groot" DVD (July 30, 2016) is also magnificent - it's in her 12 year old voice. Both iconic performances.

I always imagine some rich fat guy in an expensive suit watching with one of those stupid one-eye glases, that you hold, ya know? Lol I grew up listening to trap music.... SHE is beyond tremendous! So young, yet so talented!! I feel honored God has allowed me to experience this blessing on earth
I ocassionaly listened to opera even when i was still young. Then, i came across Amira's HGT 2013 video and got floored by Amira's magical performance. I now listen to her and other opera singers everyday. And I know there are lot of others who are like me who have discovered the joy of listening to opera music because of Amira.

I spend about an hour a day watching Amira's videos-over and over again. I just can't stop. I so moved. It's not just her voice but the feeling she expresses. It's her personality. She can be very funny, too. She so down-to-earth, so poised. She gets me through tough days, and there are many in US now. I guess all below feel as I do. By the way, Ennio Morricone, who wrote the music for this song, also wrote the music-along with director Gillo Pontecorvo-for Pontecorvo's great, award-winning1960's film "The Battle of Algiers," as well as for many other films such as "The Exorcist," and "Cage aux Folles" He worked with many well-know film directors as well as for TV and radio, and even wrote music for "The Simpsons." I think I read somewhere Nella Fantasia was left over from so other project. No matter.

This is my favorite song that Amira sings. I don't think i've ever heard such absolutely apparently effortless, clear luminous notes - not in Amria's other recordings or anywhere else. The epitome of exquisitely beautiful sound. Listening so often (to this and her other songs) is interfering with getting my work done. :-} Simply heavenly. Now i'm going to listen to this again.Thank you Amira.
I always suspected God sent angels to watch over us, but I never expected God would reward us with an angel that could sing so beautifully. While I always appreciated the incredible talent opera singers possess, it was never my favorite style of music- until Amira arrived with a truly God-given talent. Nella Fantasia is sung so beautifully with a quality and a richness that normally requires years to master. Thank you Amira for restoring my faith. Now I know how music in heaven will sound.

No words can really do justice to just how amazing this girl is; and, she's self taught from the age of 8... It will be something to see how her vocals progress as she matures... I have been following Amira since she started on Hollands Got Talent. She is my favourite singer of all time. She is so beautiful and how she handles fame and the perils of growing up at such a young age is just amazing. She is as perfect a human being as ever was. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful talent and long my it last.

I do not normally reply to any internet sites, i had to create this account in fact to do so. I am in my mid 50's, and when a child was considered near prodigy as an intrumentalist, at 18 years of age i traded that musical instrument for an M-60 machine gun, i have learned to live with that, i have moved on. In some 30 years of labor i have sustained injuries that cause me stress, for 15 years now a condition of chronic pain. When you sing, the stress leaves my soul, the pain becomes bearable, the tears flow and i am lifted above it. I would thank you, but the words i cannot find, people believe you an angel, or not, i cannot describe the gift you have given me.
ya pappysshoes im with you on the reply to anything issue, never! I too am in my mid 50s and have watched many vids on yt and replied to none except when it comes to Amira. I was blinded in one eye in an explosion, shattered my spine and neck countless other injurys but I float on a cloud and only feel the goodness that flows out of her. just one look at her when she sings and anyone can see that amira is only good and so pure she makes goosebumps pop out all over my tattered body. I love her and what she does. I have been following Amira since she started on Hollands Got Talent. She is my favourite singer of all time. She is so beautiful and how she handles fame and the perils of growing up at such a young age is just amazing. She is as perfect a human being as ever was. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful talent and long my it last.

I am in my mid 50's, and when a child was considered near prodigy as an intrumentalist, at 18 years of age i traded that musical instrument for an M-60 machine gun, i have learned to live with that, i have moved on.
In some 30 years of labor i have sustained injuries that cause me stress, for 15 years now a condition of chronic pain.
When you sing, the stress leaves my soul, the pain becomes bearable, the tears flow and i am lifted above it.
I would thank you, but the words i cannot find, people believe you an angel, or not, i cannot describe the gift you have given me.

ya pappysshoes im with you on the reply to anything issue, never! I too am in my mid 50s and have watched many vids on yt and replied to none except when it comes to Amira. I was blinded in one eye in an explosion, shattered my spine and neck countless other injurys but I float on a cloud and only feel the goodness that flows out of her. just one look at her when she sings and anyone can see that amira is only good and so pure she makes goosebumps pop out all over my tattered body. I love her and what she does.
