Historical Village of Val-Jalbert

A company town abandoned for decades after its pulp mill closed in 1927, Val-Jalbert was given new life in the 1960s as a tourist attraction. Martin Cloutier, Interpretation and Special Activities Supervisor, takes us on a tour of these sites so laden with memory.
