    at 10:11 I'm assuming she knows the bar is loaded unevenly.. I would like to know "why" though. Even if there were a 5 kilo plate on the 10, why doest she just use the 15 that is on the floor beside her???

      It might have just been a mistake, but lifters definitely load the bar unevenly sometimes to train against imbalance. If your right side is dominant and you put a little extra weight on your weak side, it'll engage that side and make it work harder, because your dominant side can't pick up the slack for it. When you take the uneven weight off, your weak side will continue to work harder and both sides will share the work more equally. The extra 5 kg is on her left, and obviously that's most people's weak side.

      never heard of anyone doing this. i only hear people lowering weight and moving back up to deal with imbalances.

      At 10:40 she does. I don't know if she did some reps uneven then added it to do some balanced ones or what.
