what there is chilled water HE . Normally chilled water from chillers directly go to AHUs .Why there is a heat exchanger in between?
The chilled water has been provided by a outside company they having very big cooling tower and chiller station for big Island
The purpose of the heat exchanger that consumer can maintain their own temperature in the building and service provider can maintain their standard temperature and it will help to calculate the consumption
Consumer has to maintain particular Delta T otherwise service provider can fine the consumer because its effect their plant efficiency
And if consumer by mistakenly made bigger change to their system secondary side it will not immediate effect on service provider company
Sir, Heat exchanger kaise kaam karta hai District cooling tower ya Chiiller se jo child water supply aata hai to uska Temperature ko HE kaise maintain karta hai, as per requirement ??

Sir ,mera ETS room ka ek pump trip kar gya tha iske liye maine ,main incomer se manually reset kar diya lekin koi bhi pump auto mode me karne pe koi bhi pump run nhi kar raha hai ,or HMI ke display me ,: (Failed to open connection to PLC

Ye water direct floor me or mall me nahi de sakte hai
How to control flow & delta t in system?
Sir also inlet of Plate HE is 5degree from cooling tower.Sir cooling tower se itna chilled water how it is coming.May be it is from chillers.Please can you clarify on this??
In cooling tower water get cold with two different ways
first water pass through form cooling tower rejected heat in the atmosphere than it pass through from chillers (chiller evaporator section) which decrease more water temperature then it distributed to the different project
Even it is possible to gain even 1 Degree Celsius water temperature from cooling tower
Since cooling Tower receive return chilled water temperature approximately 16 degree which can be reduced into 5 degree Celsius by air cool only
if outside temperature too high or high Relative humidity level then they use chiller to lower down the temperature of chilled water
