ਡਾ ਅੰਬੇਡਕਰ ਨੇ ਬੁੱਧ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਦਾ ਹਵਾਲਾ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਉਸਦੇ ਰੁਤਬੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੰਨਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਬਲਕਿ ਹਰੇਕ ਗੱਲ ਤਰਕ ਅਤੇ ਉਪਭੋਗਤਾ ਦੀ ਕਸੌਟੀ ਤੇ ਪਰਖ ਕੇ ਹੀ ਮੰਨਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।" ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਧਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।

The real facts are that due to the efforts of Dr. Ambedkar Dalits (backward) were also considered for voting power in terms of COMMUNAL AWARD 1932 independent of Hindus! Gandhi objected to it and went on hunger strike ! he forced upon Dr to agree to the Poona pact 1932 ! But the Dr. had decided and declared that he will not die as a Hindu but will change his religion! He knew that higher caste Hindus will not give equality to Dalits in society after getting power and independence! He had options and finally decided upon SIKHISM ! Sikh leader itself was a Hindu Nank Chand Malhotra urf Tara Singh (master) . He had close links with all Hindu leaders including Pt MM Malviya, Nehru, Patel, Gandhi, Kriplani, Rajaji, etc. He played his dirty role in not allowing him to become Sikh at the instance of Hindu leaders and also feared that if Dr becomes Sikh and being highly educated will claim Sikh leadership and Tara Singh will be looser !
FOR FACTS read pages 72 to 76 of SACHI SAKHI, 1979 edition given by Sirdar Kapur Singh who was present during the entire period of history and highly educated from the Cambridge University TRIPOS IN MORAL SCIENCES!
