hi，i head about that the service in magruite is very bad. When the manager of the restaurant conflicts with the customer, he does not apologize and explain, but insults the other side. Is this true?

I just went with family of 5 on Sunday. it was a perfect experience. serivce team was tip top. so no - it's not true.
