The frame looks great. Very strong and rigid. Even now, as just a open frame, there is almost no flexing. The wood deck, headache grill, and side rails will stiffen it even more.

If you swap the rear van lights, won't the reverse light be raised up above the bed? As long as the lights don't taper vertically, you might be able flip them upside down and then install the drivers side light in the passenger hole and the passenger light in the driver side hole. The would move the reverse light from the bottom of the light cluster to the top, and raise it up higher than the bed deck.

Don't forget to put on tie down pointsor even use bull rings from a farm shop may be cheaper and probably be galvanized. Builds looking well. 💯👍👍
