Would be great to see a list of design elements that can save the client money (from your perspective Josh) e.g. purlins 400 centres so no need for nets. No soffit. Brick veneer cladding etc etc

Great videos, Josh! I'm in the USA and planning to move my family over to NZ. These videos are very informative about the building process and what's involved. Also, you do an excellent job editing down what I assume is hours of content into shorter, manageable videos. Keep up the good work!
wow you'll be in for a shock, everything here is probably 2 to 3 times more expensive. Hope you're in a well paying job otherwise you won't be enjoying the kiwi lifestyle.
