Jess took a road trip to our sister company, Lef Farms, where we grow baby salad greens all year-round in a very high-tech system. In this system, salad greens are produced from start to finish without being touched by human hands. That's pretty cool to watch. It also means that the chances that these baby greens are recalled from store shelves due to a nasty pathogen problem are greatly reduced. So safer for you. That's pretty cool too.
