Sir in case 3...if it is diagnosed to be porto-mesentric venous thrombosis....why would be there be elevated white count....is it due to free fluid in mesentry and ascites

You still have a long time to learn, to understand what is really there in the pictures, what is telling you about the type of pathology, before sharing your observations with the audience

In case 5, how it is possible for a man 25y.o. to have athiromatic plaques in the abdominal aorta?
Case 1 closed bowel loop with whirl sign and consecutive venous congestion
This 25 y o male with incarcerated hernia @ 25 min also has extensive aortic calcification for his age is this normal?
Non-medical layperson here: in case case #3 - the 70 yr old male, what're the large, dark circles that are.. idk.. superior/anterior to both kidneys?
