    Crazy the amount of pressing power he has but not much chest development. Shoulders and triceps are insane to be able to handle that much!!!🔥🔥

      You're right. I would think he would be A LOT more developed and muscular given that strength.

      @@brandonpoley of course but what does that have to do with chest development??? Chest development does not make you lose flexibility. 🤦🏽‍♂️ Maybe you’re responding to a different comment because that makes no sense considering what I said.

      @mikehinson5935 well his end goal is to be football strong, not Mr. Olympia. It almost appears he tore a peck

      Get to work man! I curl that much for repetitions myself, and I'm not even that good! I do sets of 8-10 reps on standing barbell curl with the same weight you see Harrison doing it in the video. I'm about his same size though, so I guess that counts for something.
      Never set numerical limits or goals on your training. Set workouts and sets based on current percentages, then just keep adding weight and reps alternatively to see what works. Hypertrophy is best for big guys between 5 and 10 reps, but for smaller guys it can take 1.5x as many sets at rep ranges upwards of 20 per set to get the growth desired. It's a long experiment.

    • @joshwaterman5526
      @joshwaterman5526 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@iamarugbyfansa1031 this is the thing. Most dudes who are crazy strong but don’t bodybuild for a living are usually “ego” lifting as the boys say these days. They can push crazy amounts of weight around that even a bodybuilder couldn’t do with bad form. Its their way of training. They aren’t their to try and look better or try to improve their body from a aesthetic point of view. They are trying to increase their maximum strength in any lift. Form doesn’t matter to them. Moving the weight does. I agree it’s risky and can only last for so long. Thats irrelevant to these types of dudes though. It’s about being a beast.

    • @jefffawcett
      @jefffawcett 2 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      Wtf are you talking about? It’s not ego lifting, notice all the stuff he does for core and flexibility and balance. The guy played 15 years in the NFL, 193 games, he and his coaches knows a hell of a lot more about healthy weight training than anybody commenting on TH-cam

      If ego lifting makes you defensive player of the year and wins you a Super Bowl with the longest play in Super Bowl history, then I'm gonna start ego lifting.

  • @beautifulmotivationvideos
    @beautifulmotivationvideos ปีที่แล้ว

    sheesh, he is failing at or cheating up every movement. Overloading for yourself simply doesn't let the targeted muscle take on the movement. Plus, he is fXXking his body up - he needs to be shown Ronnie Coleman videos by his friends as soon as possible, cos that's where he's headed.

    • @rampagesmackssons508
      @rampagesmackssons508 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Cheat movements are a thing. He also takes recovery a lot more seriously than Ronnie did

    • @billj4525
      @billj4525 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ronnie Coleman was extremely unlucky though, and lifting for years and years super heavy every workout while already having 3 or 4 herniated discs. He admits he was in extreme pain for years until he finally saw a doctor. Even so, it's almost impossible to mess your body up like Ronnies. You couldn't mess it up 25% as bad even if you tried. Lifting heavy is very good as you age, but ego lifting is not, you need to listen to your body or injuries are more likely.
