Am looking at fitting a t2lt as a temporary home base antenna in the back garden. The coax and the pl259 are going to be too short to attach to the radio in the shack. Would it be ok to joint it with a female pl259 jointer and then use rg213 coax to the back of my radio.

what pole do you use shame you cant buy as an all in one

How far out do you peg the first two ropes, do you put them out to their full length or...?
Thanks for your comment, Yes i peg them out at full length, after a few times & some practice you will get used to where they need to go.
