No one is asking how energy efficient the house is. Everyone is focused on the looks rather than the bones , energy efficiency and building with passive house principles.
We are building the 39 but keeps failing the BASIX in NSW due to Heating and Cooling

Are you able to tell me how much extra its costing you for 7star basix. I have signed a contract to built 39 with void and waiting for the final pricing which includes basix.
