- Full Home Tour of our Newly Constructed Almeria Two.
We recently got the keys to our new home after 9 months of construction and would love to take you on a full house tour. We will show you every room, how I have styled each space thus far and how we use each of the rooms.
We love this floor plan and believe it would suit many family configurations. The entire process of building with McDonald Jones Homes was enjoyable and we would highly recommend them. This is our first home and first time building; however it will not be our last.
I hope you had as much fun watching this video, as I did creating it for you!

Suggestion: while explaining the area, it is more pleasing, for me at least, to have the camera move across the room to give a better feel of the room. (Kinda like when shooting a panorama shot with the phone, if that makes sense)
It makes for an easier listening-watching experience.

We are building Albany two with extensions here and there and everywhere for hubby and me for first home just to get started.

All our outdoor furniture is from Bunnings, they look awesome and the prices were great 💜

We used the Bellingen White tiles in our living spaces and wet areas. 600x600mm for the living spaces and 450x450mm in the wet areas 😄

Our construction time was 9 months in total, but we built when there weren’t many homes going up. So I would expect construction to typically take longer then this 💜 if you have any other questions please let me know.

Thank you 😄 the living space equates to 161.85 square meters however the overall square meterage including garage, patio and alfresco space is 221.15. If you have other questions, just let me know 💜
