Yeah, and the best thing about it is like 99% of the time it's all super realistic and look like actual plays you'd see in real life high school vb tournaments in Japan. Granted, this part of the series takes place in 2012 and idk if the level of high school vb was the same back then as it is now

i hope someone sees this: De Cecco, the Argentinian setter of their national team, pulled Oikawa's set, only from the AUDIENCE (even deeper than Oikawa's set), in the Serbia vs Argentina match in 2022. search for the clip. i believe it was around point 19 or 20, definitely below 22. IT IS INSANE. ABSOLUTELY INSANE. and it's much more impossible irl than in the anime. VB is one of the v few sports where its irl version is much more batshit insane than any kind of depiction in the media.
