Sadly it's impossible today to collect anything from 64 bit and back. Between scalpers and resellers, collectors and actually fNs gets screwed. Thankfully we can still PLAY the games through emulation and Roms. TH-cam and resellers killed it for us. Just what it is
I appreciate the sentiment but humbly disagree. Scalpers only ruin the market for brand new products that people can not get their hands on easily (by definition). Thank goodness resellers exist, because if they didn't, our options to buy used video games would DRASTICALLY decrease. Usually, when the buyer's choice disappears, prices go up. We should be thankful 🙂
Great pickups. It’s always hard to find games when you can pay a max amount for it. For example I refuse to pay more than €50 for a GameCube game. Even then you can still find good games. This series already proved that and continues to prove that point
Loving your channel. It’s wholesome and doesn’t work to induce fomo. You don’t introduce constant conflict fodder. I appreciate you both! Thank you for the kindness that emanates from you both.
I love all this game on expo content! This year was my first time at game on expo and i had so much fun. I didnt get to meet you guys i think i just missed you since i was only there a few hours but hopefully i can fix that at socal gaming expo next month!
I've been waiting for more of this. Every time I watch a gaming video no matter who the content creator is I always get the feeling that I'm the only one who loved Nintendo 64 more than apparently I should. Maybe it's the memories of being with friends.
I have a game store near me that always overpriced everything. I specifically only buy cheaper games from them since I don't want to overpay on the more expensive games. If they price it at its going price, I consider that getting a good deal at that store.
3:08 🙌 absolutely agree!! I got my Super Nintendo for Christmas back in the day and I played this game so much. I found the secret star worlds and cried when I didn’t have anything else to explore. 😂 The best game ever in my book! 😀Love watching this series!
5:35 Star Fox was a system seller for me, and is still one of my favorite games. In 1994, I saved up lawn-mowing money for a second-hand SNES, and the first game I bought was a used CIB Star Fox. I still have and play the same system and game.
What a joy to see these trades on a lovely Sunday, thanks for the new video My fav N64 was Mario 64, cuz I couldn't afford more games at the time, and golden eye 007 as well. Great titles
The N64 was my first system that was fully mine so I have so much nostalgia for it even though a lot of the games don’t hold up today or aren’t as good as their multi system counterparts. My favorite game is probably between Pokemon Stadium and Tony Hawks Pro Skater 2. THPS 2 on N64 was probably the worst version but I played it until my fingers were numb as a kid and then Pokemon Stadium was the go to with friends.
No - it’s actually way more interesting than that. Play through a few levels and see how the missions run. It’s made by Rare and is actually pretty unconventional.
1080 was definitely a favorite for my cousins and I. I recently bought it for $5 at my local flea market! But my favorite N64 game is Diddy Kong Racing!
As much as I love Amiga, Street Fighter 2 port for it was horrible. It is not that Amiga couldn't handle it, it just wasn't coded/optimized well for it. Sadly, that was the case for a lot of games ported from consoles or arcades to Amiga.
I was also very much not a 64 kid. The PS1 had entered the world and it’s all I did. Although shockingly, I never had a PS2 and went straight to Xbox. But I do have some fond memories attached to the 64 via one of my closest childhood friends. Like Tetrisphere!!!!! Game is meh but that soundtrack is Oops! All Bangers! Love the Illusion of Gaia. Recently rebought that one. Still as beautiful as always.
Best N64 Game was for me Lego Racer... played it for hours over hours over hours.. back in the day with no internet i thought in every corner was a secret tunnel haha
Awesome channel and videos. As far as favorite n64 game, i got to go with wwf no mercy. Just because i'm a huge wrestlig fan and it was one of the best for the time.
I just started following you guys and I saw the announcement that you’re coming to SEGE in Greenville, SC this year. Come find my corner booth as I’m setting up go part with a large portion of my collection (I have a new roof to pay for 😢) and will have plenty of uncommon games priced at or below Price Charting.
The solution is so simple! But yet if common sense was common everone would have it!....if WE would just stop paying these high prices to sellers selling these games then the prices would be adjusted in a hurry! WE are part of the high price problem and the solution too!😊

I just got an N64. My younger brother passed away last year and it was his. Never had one before so it's been interesting to learn about the system and library. It came with Shadows of the Empire, Quest 64, Hexen (all cib). I really like Hexen and Hydro Thunder so far.
@@JRPGLife thank you. We grew up playing video games together (Atari 2600) so I thought this would be a good way to keep his memory alive. I went and got a new memory card. Erasing his last data felt wrong. I heard Quest was a no gooder for sure!
Speaking of cheap...I just got a clean cib copy of Castlevania bloodlines for the Sega genesis and I payed 60 😱 it was the best deal in my entire time as a collector
Nice job on the bundling! Always sweet to get a good deal like that when you can. Also I remember so much about the hype for Star Fox and the FX chip when they doing the commercials for the game. It was truly a new wrinkle to the SNES games. I also recommend this title to anyone who's never had the chance to play the game that started the whole Star Fox franchise. 😃 In regards to the N64. Thanks again for the video!
Because you can actually haggle with the people for the game you want and don't have to worry about paying off an over priced game on eBay plus you can have the peace of confidence your not getting ripped of on a fake game since you can always check the cartridge in person . That's why. Lol😂
@@javierestrada8249 You can always send an offer on eBay if the price isn’t good for you. I only buy disc based games on eBay anyways and nothing too expensive so I’m not super worried about fakes.
Blast Corps, that was a game we got for the N64 as kids, and it was kind of the worst N64 game we ever got. I have played other bad ones, but none as awful as Blast Corps. As for favorite N64 game? LoZ: Majoras Mask, no contest. Not only is it the best game on the N64, for me it is also the best Zelda game ever produced, a controversial oppinion I am sure.

To be fair charging $5-$10 more for a game you can buy in person rather than EBay is fair. These people have to pay to transport their store/setup and man it for the weekend. This is why all small business is dying and soon all we will have left is online shopping.
Totally agree, but his was priced $50 over PC, and he was only able to go down to $30 over value. Thankfully, we found a vendor only asking $10 over value, so it all worked out 🙂
I disagree that Starfox is a top ten game. It was great for it's time, but hasn't aged well. And this is coming from someone who thinks the SNES is the greatest console ever made.
@@JRPGLife Oh I plan too and I'll gladly comment on that soon. I was just mostly replying to what your calling the title for this video. Finding really hard stuff for cheap these days especially certain Nintendo titles can be a real challenge locally in my area. 😟

Mario 64 or golden eye 007!
Majora's Mask
NHL 99
