- I shot this footage in Pattaya, Thailand while training there in 2001. Changpuek Kiatsongrit was one of the most famous Muay Thai fighters in all of Thailand. He has actually broken opponents legs in fights with his kicks. Paul and I use to play him on the K1 video game(Japan Version) on Play Station, and it was a dream come true to train in Thailand along side him years later.

I had a chance to train with this man at the sitpolek gym. I got to meet one of my heroes, unfortunately he really was drunk almost the whole time i was there.
changpuek stronger for ever !!!!!!!! champion !!!!
@LegDestroyer im agree with you man, Changpuek Kiatsongrit is the most techical and most classic Muay Thai style fighter he have a killer kick
Nice...

@andycampbell85 Agree with you 100% , i personally met him in the 2002 in this gym in Pattaya , train with him and spar..a great fighter that make the history of Muay Thai !!!
Hes been sober a year now I hear! And hes back training and coaching!
fierce battle cry
The word LEGEND comes to mind!! DEVIL LEFT KICK!!! This guy,(Middleweight)was taking on the Giants of K1 in the early days and more than holding his own, despite his usual massive weight disadvantage. He is a true testament to the effectivness of muay thai!! Watch his fight with Rick Roufus to see what i mean. Anyway- enough said go watch his fights against Kaman, Wiet, Hoost, Andy Hug, Rick Roufus. P.s. He is also the guy in the tkd vs muay thai video vs (shin ushkoshi)- LOl poor guy!!
crocop also weighs about twice what this guy weighs. I guarantee you Yodsaenklai kicks harder thank cro cop pound for pound.
It's called letting themselves go. Back in their day I'm sure they were all muscular but when their careers were over they just let themselves go. Don't be mistaken I'm pretty sure they can hit just as hard and defiantly have a lot of fighting experience.
I WANT TONG PO!!! GIMMIE TONG PO!!!!!!!
a true muay thai warrior. a 75kg fighter who was only happy to fight the 95kg heavyweights.
he is looping/pushing his punches his kicks look good though
@MarcoTUV Lol, he said he is NOT the most technical... And clearly he isn't, are you kidding me?
ahahahahahahaaha... right now Sithpolek is the worst gym in Pattaya... Very very dirty, the trainers are lazy and don't teach you nothing, unless you give them extra money... you have to pay 270 ( more then 6 dollars ) Bath per day... FOR WHAT ???
wow this guys kicks make cro cops look not so hard. jeez
yeah - imagine that You owe him money lol
I'm pretty sure you can't
