16:45 it’s a weather vane. Similar to a windsock(like you said) it just pivots in place with the direction of the wind. Also the pants-less one is from the end of the intro where the hand gives him his pants (how do you of all people not know this?)
The S-shaped SpongeBob is a call back to the season 12 episode The Hankering when SpongeBob first confronts Mr. Krabs at the Sal's Chum restaurant. Just wanted to point that out.

You're so right that the price point is worth the quality, but it's too much money not getting what you want or getting the only one that you didn't want lmao. It's like gambling except instead of going home empty handed you end up with a bunch of dupes, so i guess it's a little better 😂😂 I wish pop mart would sell some individually and some mystery like the food for fun figures.
