Luana Bakes: Bread Pudding

Recipe:
For the bread pudding:
- 6-8 medium sized breads
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
For the caramel:
- 1 cup sugar
Bake at 350F for 50 minutes in a water bath.
