These HPM Ceiling Fans have one small difference!

Brand new 2 strip floors now been placed. And renovations is quite close to complete, before final painting will be done to complete the house. Oh speaking of painting, I forgot to mention the back deck has been painted over with base coat or primer to begin painting it. Still needs nicks and crannies patched up before adding second coat but will soon be painted white for a nice modern look.

I’ve actually figured out that there are 4 different versions of the HPMs.
2009-2016 (airboss models): The blades are more flat and pointed, The nut has a chrome finish, there is a much smaller top canopy, and it has the original Legrand switch with the Roman numerals. (These ones also had the discolouration issue, where the entire fan turned yellow over time)
2016-2019: the blades were still more flat and pointed like the airboss, the nut was changed to match the fan’s colour, the large top canopy was introduced to allow for the remote kit, the label is still on the lower canopy like the airboss, and the Legrand switches changed to the modern ones and were more shiny and glossy than the newer ones. There was also a 4 bladed cane model, which is now really rare since it was discontinued in 2017.
2020-2023: The blades have more of a noticeable pitch to them, the nut is smaller by a couple millimeters, the label is still on the lower canopy, the blades now have rounded ends, and the switch knob was changed again very slightly, to now have a more rough matte surface. (You have this one, it’s the one closest to the switches)
2023-Current: The blades still have the higher pitch, the nut it still smaller, the ends are still rounded, however the blades are longer by 2 centimetres, and the label was changed and moved onto the motor. (You have this one, it’s the one furthest away from the switches)
I’ve seen and been able to compare all the models, and done wayyyy too much research, examining and experimenting. I know literally everything about HPM ceiling fans now haha 😆
