- This is NOT a real firearm.
The volcanic pistol, the predecessor of the Winchester rifle, was designed by Horance Smith and Daniel Wesson in 1854. It is one of the strongest pistols ever produced… or maybe not.
This is a full-scale replica of the Volcanic piston that includes the complete mechanism of the original one, but it was modified to not shoot any type of projectile, making it completely safe.

Frequent questions
Does it accept real gun parts?
No, due to the needs of 3D printing, all models have had to be slightly modified to facilitate printing and improve their performance. Therefore, its parts and the original parts are not compatible with each other.
What is the minimum print space?
The minimum print space for this model is 91x105x167mm (X, Y, Z).
How much material is required?
The final weight is 223g, so with 1kg is much more than enough.
Where can I get the springs?
Some of the springs used:
Kit A: a.co/d/bYlamnq
Kit E: a.co/d/eXDgQlV
You can print it and send it to me.
No, my apologies, but I can't offer that service.
I can get it in STEP format?
No, for safety reasons, I share the models only in STL format.
Volcanic pistol is one of my most favourite guns
A 3D replica of a Carlisle Carbin would look awesome in my WW2-themed playing room...
By far my favorite pistol in Red Dead Redemption
3d printing is an amazing tool for this kind of stuff. It's a really fun way to get a feel for rare or very expensive historical firearms. The detail and mechanical accuracy you've achieved here is phenomenal! You've got me thinking about trying to find blueprints for the Mars automatic pistol and giving it at try. :)
Congratulations, great job. I will soon buy my 3D printer
Muito chouuuuuuu nunca vi igual❤❤❤❤❤
Okay so hear me out: a volcanic, but it's a blowback instead of a lever action.
The lever works as a charging handle, but it's otherwise disconnected by the bolt, which is a simple blowback bolt. So you load the gun with the charging lever and until you run out of ammo it'll fire in semi-auto mode
Assuming the cartridge pressure is low it could be actually good idea. For more powerful cartridge types it would be highly problematic because there is no space for heavier bolt or other delay mechanism.
There was a shotgun style weapon missing, and the only and most beautiful one that I think is cool is the Winchester model 1897 in 12 gauge that was used in the Second World War, I would be very happy to see it being made in 3D
Can't wait to turn this to a foam blaster
Thats beautiful.
Pretty good!
do you have plans to make the Lee Enfield SMLE? the work you put into these replica guns is honestly astounding
Yes, most probably is going to be one of the first models of 2024.
hello, I like. Could you make a colt 1851 navy and at what cost, please?
Can you make an airsoft version of this pistol, perhaps with a co2 canister in the handgrip?
Magnificent work! Can you make a replica of the Winchester 1866 carbine?
I want bug this one!!
Looks nice, I'm going to have it in mind.
do you have plans to make the no. 3 schofield revolver?
Not for the moment.

Actually, you can. CNC machines can machine other CNC machines.
