I started playing it and I immediately thought, "This has to be a custom map, it feels way too good to be an OST one." I'm really impressed with it. I also think that you, Sands VR, have a really good hold of the game to be able to get an fc run so quickly.

I beat this on expert speed wasn’t the problem I’m more concerned about my arms and wrists dying from the speed then I said why not and tried going expert+ on this song made it halfway before my arms died out and I couldn’t recover fast enough to continue and failed XD. I can keep up my body can’t…
I wasnt really in pain after this. its really not that stamina heavy compared to custom maps. keep in mind people dont use their entire arms. you can move your elbows and wrists for big angles very quickly. over time you get used to it but i guess when i first started 3 years ago i did have a bunch of pain in my arms after some maps haha.
Perhaps you are using too much arm. its not that hard to swing fast if you dont overthink it. Try to use more wrist in your movement rather than your upper arm. using your entire arm will slow you down a lot. you could also try to record it to see if you are swinging it all too slow or too fast. you never know the problem might be that you are going too fast! It has happened to people I watched before. Other than that you might just need general practise yeah. keep on playing the game and Im sure it will happen! :D good luck.
use the practice mode to practice it. try slowing it down to 90% speed or lower if you need. also remember you dont need to fully use your entire arm just flick your wrists really fast
im getting close to an fc on this, but its the first drop that usually ruins everything for me. i will fc this one day, and when that day comes i will come back here

the thing is for most top players they play maps much harder than this every day so it’s not that much of a challenge for them

Try Practice mode and play the song slowed down. Should help you get used to it a bit more and over time you will improve and youll be able to do it
