In Arkham Knight if you sprint towards a ledge and hold down the trigger just before reaching it, batman does a unique diving animation that looks badass 👌.
So glad they added that in. He typically dives off the building in the movies and comics but in the previous Arkham games, he would just flap his cape and start gliding immediately as soon as you stepped off the edge. Felt more like Batman to do a swan dive and then go into a glide.
Arkham Asylum had the best cape and angle of glide. The cape was massive and towered over everything, looked like a giant bird hunting its prey. I hated the body angle from City onwards, it was just too downwards facing and the cape became smaller and smaller it didn't have that menacing presence.
And I thought I was the only one! I always hated city’s cape cause it’s way too small, and the capes they put on most of the skins in Arkham knight are either too wired or still too small. The v7 or whatever it is suit in knight would be my second favorite since it gets big again and has a cool angular bat shape.
