Milk matters in huddersfield are absolutely amazing. I spent 9 months saying my daughter has tongue tie and the health visitors and drs kept saying no no because she was bottle fed, but she kept choking on food with lumps because she couldnt dislodged lumps and would end up being sick at least once a day and was never a good feeder with a bottle. A friend suggested milk matters we had a phone consultation and booked an appointment, within 2 mins of the appointment Charlotte had diagnosed him with a big tongue tie and with in 20mins she had snipped it. Taught me to always trust my gut. Xxx

Sarah, have you looked online? Especially at ASOS? They have a section dedicated to maternity & breastfeeding clothing that is super reasonably priced, they have a 70% outlet section that’s permanent on their website, so they’ll have outfits in there if you’re looking to save some pennies. As someone who has far more lumps & bumps to cover than you’ll ever have to worry about (you’re bloomin’ beautiful!), I always find clothing with empire waists really ‘flattering’ (or rather, I feel more confident in them !) Worth having a nosey :) I did really like that red dress on you though! X
Hi Sarah! My mum has the same problem with clothes, they don't fit over the top half but then if they do they look like a tent round the bottom. She found a shop called Bravissimo and she found clothes that fit her really well after struggling for years to find the right sizes. The clothes cater for all sizes it's really good you might find some good outfits. It's online and they have a shop near Manchester Arndale too I would really recommend you try it out!!

So glad you got someone help Sarah :) I had 6 people check my little boy check his mouth and they all said no but as soon as he got his tongue tie shipped by the LC he started feeding like a trooper! Worth every penny xx
La Leche is pronounced Lah Letch-ay, as la leche means the milk in Spanish. My niece had a tongue tie but it got sorted out really quickly. Hope everything gets sorted out with Jace soon.

Great you've managed to see a LC, they really are a great face to face help... as has been said again about cluster feeds, my LC told me, you shouldn't need/be feeding more than 1hr at a time, cluster feeding tends to be, feeding often in a cluster period, say multiple feeds over maybe 3-4hrs (just an example) which is often where the comments of 'not feeding again are you' come from (i had plenty)... you've had so much advice over certain platforms and didn't want to bombard you with more, so was hoping seeing a LC would have clarified that with you... my boy has a TT but nothing that interfered with feeding and we have successfully fed with it due to not having any drawbacks with it, hopefully if you do see the consultant they can assist you and make a little improvement as constant feeding is tiring, especially if you can do something to help... sorry i waffled on, part of the reason i hadn't written anything about cluster feeding is it sounds confusing and harder to explain in writting, lol We were told by our LC average of 1oz a day is 'typical' so as you said 5oz is still a fab gain (especially with any potential issues) good luck with any upcoming appointments you may have x
