I also have had the same problem. I have a YX160 with a big bore barrel and big valve (2) head from TB (185cc). The gearing is designed (i think) for high torque not the highest of speeds. Honestly if u still working on it you should scrap the catalitic converter (I noticed u r running the original exhaust) and try a 28 or 30 flatslide OKO with power jets. I am still working on mine which is why I saw ur video. Have fun bro.
hey, my sachs madass 50cc dont like water...... when it have been raining or i have washed my bike. it stops working. i can turn it on, but when i start giving it power. it just start to choke itself... i have tried to change the airfilter but it still is like this. sry for my very bad english. eny tips?
I'm a car guy but follow mods on this beauty. What brand of engine u used? it sounds nice and aggressive. Reviews say front shocks are too soft. I do suggest you to go 17" rims and increase the wheel base. Adding a leg/engine guard might be a good idea. I appreciate if you reply or make your posts. Great mod u made. I love it !
Ovo ujeda! Našao sam u Italiji te agregate.. Razne varijante, kubikaže, 2 i 4 ventila.. Od 500 pa do 1200e košta kompletan agregat bez karburatora.. Ako negde ima jeftinije, nek mi javi neko! Hahah
szia. tudnál nekem abban segíteni,hogy a morelliblokkos roboóra rá lehet e raknia minarellis hengert. . Azért kérdezzem mert nekemvanegy italjet formula50 robogóm és nem találok ra hengerfejet . A moci az víz hütéses. Ránézésre a malaguti engerje ugyan olyan. Szerinted rá lehetne rakni az italjetre a malaguti henger szettet.
hali nem ertem a kerdest mina akkkor miert nem megy ra a henger? ( minabol van fekvo , vizes i levegos meg allo levego huteses, az alao a fekvore nem paszol) :)
Az enyém az fekvő morellis az italjet formula 50 vizes.. Az a kérdés hogy a malaguti minarellis vizes henger jó lenne rá? Mer a morellis vizes hengerhez hengerfejet nem kapni sehol. És ha rá menne a minarellis hengerszett akkor hó lenne. Így már érted.

What kind of alternator are you using.
Good job but that engine really deserves a better carburetor like a 28 or 30 mm OKO flatslide or a 28mm Keihin.
