  • 1. Stand facing the wall with a slight lean and your hands placed on the wall in front of you
    2. Stand on one leg and bend your knee slightly
    3. Lift your heel as high as you can off of the ground and then return to the starting position. Repeat
    Performs repetitions to fatigue, 2-3 sets
