Why do we even still collect? To pay for an incomplete statue, broken parts , gouging for profit shipping, and to have to use a blow dryer on your NEW statue…. Insane…. Imagine buying a NEW car like that… 2 flat tires, a visible scratch, other fee’s.. “yep, too bad… this is how we operate… and no refunds sucker”. Thanks 👎🏻

Wow I'm so glad mine came to me perfectly intact! On another note I did receive a fourth box included with that same order which was a base that belonged to a whole different customer he must have been pissed it took two to three weeks to get it back to him!!!

Damn it's amazing how the experience from the same statue can differ from person to person so much.
Mine came flawless dx bonus and went together really easy including the legs just slotted in no much struggle.
Sucks it came damaged and they sent the wrong friggin statue I would be pissed as it'll take forever to get a replacement.
My fugitive predator came with two broken heads took 8 months to get a replacement and I had to send my heads back which got damaged in transit back to prime 1 even more I received a email saying they couldn't repair and I would have to pay for two new head sculpts which they had me over a barrel so I paid the amount they asked which was around 300 Australian dollars so about 50 cents American money lol nar works out to be about 200usd
Sorry to hear about all the issues you had. does P1 expect you to keep the DX boxes that have the 500 edition size? And what about the base of the statue? Does it also display the DX number/edition size?

P1 makes such beautiful statues but holy hell do they fuck up sometimes. That said, this did make for quite the entertaining end to the video 🤣
Very poor from Prime 1 considering the price!
My biggest concern is when the time comes that I sell a P1 piece, if it gets damaged in transit to the buyer. Dealing with that would be even worse than if it was damaged in transit during the original shipment. Also if you glue/fix it, it may break again when shipped.

Yeah this is the maddest I ever been unboxing a statue. What was supposed to be a ultimate statue arrived broken and missing all the dx bonus parts. However p1 is going to take care of me they said

Question: which statue/bust brand do you feel is the overall best to you? In terms of variety of selections and accuracy/detail? I feel like Prime 1 checks a lot of those boxes.

You know, i might order The Berserk or The Celtic, but through sideshow when The Time comes. What P1 has been doing in terms Of shipping during The Last 3 years is beyond me. I’ve been avoiding any of their product for a Long Time since The release Of their original 1:4 Guts berserker armor. I feel like i cant trust these guys anymore. Too many shady practices & too many polemics. Unfortunatly, they dont have a real strong competition and i think it explains why people have a hard Time boycotting The compagny.
Again, I might get The Berserker or The Celtic, but Damn this guys for having The audacity Of proposing very basic museum 1:3 scales at a very outrageous base price! They should stop overscaling their pieces like idiots. Its ridiculous. Anyway, I feel your pain bro. I hope to see a video with The broken part so we can see how it was easily avoidable.

However… he’s too big. Makes your 1/3 statues look like 1/4 next to him.

Sorry about the breakage and bonus missing pieces. Statue looks epic and huge. One thing though. Kinda disappointing that you have to remove the face mask in order to activate the laser guidance feature. On the mask of the 1/4 Jungle Hunter, the light up is activated on the outside of the helmet, no need to remove it. I don’t know why they changed it to a more inconvenient feature on the 1/3, it boggles my mind. Never seen you this pissed.
Overall looks great from what we have so far but wow they're QC sucks to be missing so much. For that price, the packing should honestly be "even" better on the fine parts too, added fine bubble wrap or something.

I feel for ya, the moment you noticed the Mac skull & dog-tags weren’t there, I could feel my own stomach start to get all knotted. I’m confident that Prime One will resolve both issues for you, just see if they can send you a new head and the extras that come with the DX bonus. However (and I just thought of this) in theory for resale, if they send you the pieces, you’ll still have the box that states that you only have the DX, NOT the DX-Bonus piece.

Did you get this Jungle Hunter directly from P1 or a third party. If I'm not mistaken in the DX 500 your not suppose to get Billy's simal cord. So I'm wondering if there is some foul play going on.

From what I've read prime 1 direct no Billy spine on DX. But I've ordered DX from Sideshow and on their list of contents it says it's included. See how that plays out. Hope it has it.
Sad to hear that happening to you, Sean. As I managed to interpret from your Facebook group, they would send you a replacement head, as well as the missing parts. However, I am hearing Prime 1 Studio's customer service/after service has been/is poorly as of late. Is this true? Do they treat you any differently - based on the fact you're a loyal customer with multiple purchases or if you're a first time buyer with some issues? I am soon receiving my Godzilla portion of the diorama, so if anything went wrong, I hope they would fix the issue. With this statue coming in broke, I'm thinking worst case scenario

That's crazy. Prime 1 have really been dropping the ball lately with their customer service. If you didn't accidentally order the wrong one, they need to resolve this ASAP.
No I quadruple checked my order it's.dx bonus. I have a friend who also had same issue got dx and not Dx bonus
But p1 responded within 24 hrs they will send replacement head and dx.bonus parts.

@@flankster117 Alignment. Yet another reason why I prefer 1/4 or 1/6 PVC statues. Many times more durable and far more easily heated up and manipulated and repaired.
12:50 your 1:1 mask isn’t correct. Prime 1 is way better. PS: I own bio mask resin mask from original Stan Winston mold.
@Flankster117 Any desire in getting the HuBen studios: Goku/Cell/Frieza/Buu statue? Also Last Sleep frieza? Some of the best DBZ statues i've seen thus far. The HuBen is 1/6 that I know you got out of but that Last sleep frieza is in 1/4 and it's hands down the best frieza i've ever seen.

@@flankster117 i just watched the end of your video, if i were you, i would resend the entire statue to Prime, they are crazy and should check the boxes before to ship and ask for huge shipping costs. Your cinemaquette is the grail, perfectly sized, aging like wine. Once you do the "fatal" comparison, resend this "stuff" oversized... just my advice to keep your collection clean and "harmonious" in scale.

It's almost like the rest of his body parts are too short, which makes his upper body look fat, or thick.
Dont accept the extra parts, just demand a DX bonus STATUE. This is their fault you should still recieve YOUR payed for version. No if buts and maybe's.

It's a cool statue, but Prime 1 keeps dropping the ball. Additionally, it looks completely out of scale with the Big Chap. I'd just get a refund and keep the CQ.

Wow that was a total failure for an anticipated statue. Prime1 really #%!& the bed on this one. Broken head sculpt, scratched base due to poor alignment, and sent the wrong version. Mistakes happen, but that's a lot to take in when paying that much cash. Hope they take care if it.
