Astroneer Gameplay Overview:
Explore and reshape distant worlds! Astroneer is set during a 25th century gold rush where players must explore the frontiers of outer space, risking their lives and resources in harsh environments for the chance of striking it rich.
On this adventure, a player’s most useful tool is their ability to shape their world, altering the terrain and extracting valuable resources from planets, and moons. Resources can be traded or crafted into new tools, vehicles, and modules to create everything from massive industrial bases to mobile rover bases.

Astroneer Gameplay Features:
►Reshape terrain as though it were made of Play-Doh.
►Survive on and explore procedurally generated planets that can be entirely deformed and traversed.
►Build vehicles and travel to new planets and moons.

In creative you can increase the speed, size, range and hardness of your mining gun through a menu, it is great for mining through planets, just a suggestion but you can also use button relays to trigger dynamite instead of making a fuse from more dynamite

maybe a bit late but hidrazine can explode when placed on an active smelter, so you could make a fuse with a button repeater and a smelter,
(if you're wondering how to power one you just use a small gen turn it off and hook the repeater to it so it activates the generator and smelter at the same time)

Planet go boom
A way to survive the explosions. Use button replicators, they have some name like that, and then build a pillar into space and string them up then blow it up with the button relays
You should do some testing to see what has the biggest explosive radius.
