I think what holds most of these new MCU movies back is that there isn't a big event like Endgame at the end of the "phase" which just makes them feel like they're treading water. The writers and directors used to be held back by the "plan" but now we don't see where it all leads so it feels like they're kept from really being creative because who knows what it will affect down the line. By the end of this movie I just wondered if anything was really accomplished.

Totally valid, I think it’s weird that they’re fast tracking an entire saga (multiverse) in 4-5 years when the previous one took 11 years to set up.

I dont know if it was my theater but the movie was really dark at times especially night and underwater also Bruh.... you tease me with that tweet at the end, i want to know your take on that lol

It might be your theater but it was really dark in those scenes, but it’s really hard to motivate light in those scenes when there’s a “realistic” aesthetic they’ve been trying to follow since Iron Man!
I told you in the video what my take on that tweet was! It’s stupid for a multitude of reasons beyond the fact that Martin Scorsese and Quentin Tarantino have been the biggest advocates for asian and world cinema (Scorsese literally created the world cinema project) more than just about any directors in hollywood.
Simu is a dumb himbo and he likes to say stupid stuff all the time.

This movie is probably the only thing good coming out of phrase four and all it managed to be is mid. That should give people an idea of how deep the S-H-I-T goes towards those pits! Yup?
