I replaced all the fuel and water lines under the piers at Rodman Naval station in the early 70's. one heck of a hard job, caught a lot of fish there also.
@@celestialnavigator63 Been a while, But I knew several Adams. And I was asked to clean out the ware house of hazardous material. lot of gas cylinders. I am 3rd generation zonian. Bill Hall grew up in Diablo.
@@kyotecaller9140 My name is Sean Adams. My dad also managed the Police Lodge on Chiva Chiva Trail outside Ft, Clayton. I raced Carts with Bob Hannah he had a shed out by where they kept the police boats in Diablo.
@@celestialnavigator63 I do not recall the police boats being stored in Diablo. But I was gone for a while when I was drafted for vietnam. I was at the police lode offten. I was the firearms traing officer with jerry Thompson at the police range at Ciamito across the lake from chiva chiva, I al was with the bush patrol later in life and we stored the boat at miraflores in the old carpenter shop. I m sure I must know you. But time has faded most memorys. all the best Sean. bill
My farher was in the Navy and served in the Canal Zone in the late 1940s. My parents spent the first years of their marriage down there and I heard some of the stories of their experiences. I'm sure I'll see some pictures of places they were at.
I have my beach house in were the headquarters of top ranked officers in the Río Hato Amy Base, in Cocle, Panamá, and are always looking for photos and information of your this. Does anyone have any?

I grew up in the Canal Zone I explored the gun placements on the chain of islands protecting the Packi approach to the canal .

My Brother was stationed in the Canal Zone, while serving in the Navy as an RM1.

I served in Panama 1968 to 1969, at Fort Gulick, outside of Colon.
