You argue strong high cheekbones and a chiseled jaw is healthy but Koreans saw down their cheekbones and jaws because they see the highly defined healthy asian mongoloid jaw as ugly. I think the idea of healthiness in terms of beauty is nebulous when it comes to beauty standards.
Entirely correct and we acknowledge the difference between western and eastern beauty standards, but the question isn't on high cheekbones and chiseled jaws being necessarily a health indicator on their own, but the presence of them being visible on the face is only possible at lean levels of body fat which is the actual health indicator. The puffy-faced look that Korean (women) prefer on themselves is in a different context to the puffy face look that American (women) may have for instance as in the latter, 66% are overweight (CDC2020), and so having lean, sharp (almost masculine) features, as is the preference for women in Western modelling is to stand out from the more cannonical softer-faced features found on the average American woman. Conversely, the squarishly wide and short jaw of East Asian women is often changed (malar/gonial reduction) for the same reasons of standing out from the crowd, for a softer more feminized look. In a context where it is easier to remain lean than to be overweight, we see the opposite trend in beauty statistics. Point being, the high cheekbone nor jaw themselves are health indicators (on men they do indicate a stronger immune system) but the fact that they are visible is taken as a health indicator in a western context, which mind you VS is the epitome of "Western beauty standards for women."
Agree with this. Given all the hours I’ve spent on this channel, I can probably guess that it has to do with: - Eyes (shape, canthal tilt, and color) - High cheekbones, strong jawline - Lip shape with a Cupid’s bow - Neotenizing big, rounded forehead But would be nice to see it from a scientific perspective.

Beautiful and natural.
She does look a bit Portuguese

Theres literally nothing unconventional about Candice.
@@ninalou4629 she has interesting bone structure imo, some of her features are unconvential and some arent, which is why she is able to pull off both victoria secret and high fashion.
This man doesn't like blondes. He is very biased as you don't see any blondes in his videos
Hearing you talk about her eyes remind me of Willow Smith's eyes, which I have the impression that are even more tilted. I would love to see a video about her.
Exactly because he mentioned that it's common in asian to have eyes tilted but so Is for many African descendents. A quick search to Adriana family shows she is definitely mixed raced hence her features being more exotic looking... i think he failed to discuss that and the comparison with asian women was odd ...
I love the breakdown of unconventionally attractive faces. Universally beauty standards everyone can subscribe obviously, personally I've seen enough of that beauty and at this point it's more interesting to me to appreciating the beauty that stands out
I think he already made a vid like abt the guy from starwars who wears black dress sorry i forgot his name.
You ever see a woman that looks like a Victoria secret model in person? They totally standout. It'siterally jaw dropping. They're not common at all but once you see them, it's crazy
@@capo4ever334 Yes, but nowadays many of these models have at least some surgeries. For example, Taylor Hill did a brow lift, blepharoplasty ( eyelid surgery ) and put chin filler for more symetrical chin. Last year I accidentaly saw her pics from her beginnings and that's how I found out. Candice had lip filler, Sara Sampaio too, and so on. Adriana and Alessandra are the only ones who we are 100% sure about not having surgeries.

I'm guessing it's because of the age but Adriana looks extremely different from picture to picture, in some I think she's gorgeous, in others, less. I would really like too see an analysis on Doutzen Kroes who was born with a flawless face

Adriana has been getting fillers for a few years now. It has totally changed her.
She’s up and coming in the k-pop world and the first of her kind: Fatou Samba from girl group Blackswan.

Marilyn Monroe, Monica Bellucci, Sophia Loren, Laetitia Casta, Kajol, Aishwarya Rai, Sridevi
IMO it is something related to female beauty standards. I wonder if a man with a well developed jaw is considered attractive in Korea.
This is the second time I'm requesting Rihanna, I want to see her break down and see why she's so attractive.
Agree with this. Given all the hours I’ve spent on this channel, I can probably guess that it has to do with:
- Eyes (shape, canthal tilt, and color)
- High cheekbones, strong jawline
- Lip shape with a Cupid’s bow
- Neotenizing big, rounded forehead
But would be nice to see it from a scientific perspective.
@Ophelià Rose Someone sounds bitter and ugly
@Ophelià Rose Yeah she is not all that lol.
@Ophelià Rose I've seen her in person and she's stunning. You would do a double take if you saw her.

I’d love to see an analysis of actress and philanthropist, Dina Merrill. I have always thought she had the most structurally attractive face. Even in her 90s, the structure was there. Many of these models age out of their beauty because the softening process reduces the angularity.
Pls make a video on.....What makes Zayn Malik so attractive and how can someone look like him

ima need one for megan fox and how/why she looks different compared to when she was younger (other than age obviously) 🙏
Cuz she aged, and usually very defined and delicate features dont age to well, plus botox and surgery at young age will def take a toll early in adulthood
@@ayoalaniz1478 but at 30??? I feel like sum went wrong or she toned down the botox or something bc I feel like her eyes look different too n I don't think she ever got something eye related
@@gothique. i said that cuz the nose doesn't seems as defined and delicate as when she was in Transformers, also the lips seems more artificially filled than natural, that plus the possibility of birth related changes like bone decompensation and also seems like her face was very prone to acne etc, all that plus age and the very fragile features could result on that drastic change we are seeing
I think she had a few cosmetic procedures that really changed her whole look. ie her cheek implants that made her cheeks a lot wider which messed up her facial harmony.

my friend with a polish descent, looks exactly like Adriana Lima (12:30 picture on the left side), with the same teeth and Facial expressions, but she is smaller and her body remains on the wider side with an hourglass figure. We girls find her very attractive, but the boys find her normal, not one of the attractivest girls they have seen. They find Lima neither that attractive.
They prefer more softer/ rounder/ cute facial feature on girls. I heard younger Gigi Hadid, Ariana grande 2016/17, younger Ana de armas, gal Gadot, scarlet Johansson with her long, dark hair ...

I have a face that when low weight (not very low, but like a BMI of 18-20) is very angular, and as a teen I was low weight, and HS boys used to say I looked like a guy or like Johnny Depp or Taylor Lautner in drag. Cried all the time at home due to this. After HS, I got a little "bigger" (from a size 00 to a 2-4) and suddenly all the guys at college claimed I looked like a doll, like a "Disney Princess" or like Selena Gomez or Ana de Armas.
