MANGA OTAKU When picking a character, there is an option to give your characters coins. On page two of the coin menu, add coins to your character that you get by playing. Here is coin page 2 for Tashagi as an example i.imgur.com/FLlKERh.jpg. Once they have the coins in the slots, then you can hold circle to do the second special.
I've always thought that Pirate Warriors was also a fighting game at the time, like having to face other people online, but nope you tag along with them, although now that I think about it, a lot of people would abuse the shit out of any OP character in there.

I buy a "new" game to play as the "new" iteration of these characters, not the old ones. Those characters slots could have been for new characters like Cavendish,Bartolomelo, Kinemon, Monet, etc

That at least means we can wait for the next game in the series before featuring them as fully playable (as well as others perhaps like Kanjuro, Rebecca and most importantly the Executives (id love to see all of them feature to be honest) who all play a big part in that arc as well. Still if there is any characters who should be playable by now its the enemies only like Arlong, Don Krieg and Wapol etc who have been in this game series for years with a practically complete moveset yet are STILL not playable. Yet at the same time were seeing the likes of Persona playable instead?

Really annoying how every Japanese game blocks so many scenes.. Im Japanese and I dont even understand the callus logic of oh no one will buy it if they see it. Streaming is a part of modern gaming culture and people who watch streams often are more likely to buy the game if its good or if they want to experience it them selves. Watching someone play a game is not the same as playing it them selves and its all helpful for brand recognition I guess it depends if your more pessimist then optimist but common.. theirs no reason for a game thats more then a few years old to still be blocked cause even if its to prevent spoilers or increase sales BY that point in time years down the road it can only do the opposite for anyone who may never have seen the game before to suddenly get interested in it.. its practically free advertisement. I remember that one interview where the guy asked what some big shot thought of Japanese games right now lol.. its like yea a lot of them suck now-a-days.. there were the big dogs of gaming for a while but now they are just too stuck in the past and being concluded.. the few great Japanese games that come out need the exposure and would benefit from it.. IMO. further more if your like me you wont bother to even watch streams form games you dont want to ever play anyways, or you will vocationally watch a stream to see if you "might " like the game.. knowing full well that if you enjoy watching it even a little bit you will probably enjoy playing it more. Also as far as spoilers go.. thats what the "story" tages on game videos are for if you see "story" or even "play-though" "long play" or "lets play" you know full well going in their may be spoilers and are not concerned either cause you already seen it before, or will skip the story parts on your onw, or just dont care about spoilers cause your onw of those that will be find with it and can pick and choose how "deep" into spoilers you want to go.. Either way after a couple years it still seems silly.. granted their are some who still haven't played x or y game but once again showing it off probably will only increase awareness and interest in the old IP. uhg.. I think if they MUST block things to satisfy themselves.. A few things i like is how alot of the fodder enemies look fiffrent from each other and how time slows down when they attack

Don't necessarily think it's electricity to be honest. I think his power is solely based on being able to use his conquerors haki surperiorly

Robins second specials lame. It only does one enemy! Not hundreds! After timeskip is the same stuff

I know exactly how you feel man... I was going for 100% achievements, unlocked 77% and boom, save file got corrupted.
lool i also deleted the data by accident i hate that stupid screen when it asks you to select your save file

Really annoying how every Japanese game blocks so many scenes.. Im Japanese and I dont even understand the callus logic of oh no one will buy it if they see it. Streaming is a part of modern gaming culture and people who watch streams often are more likely to buy the game if its good or if they want to experience it them selves. Watching someone play a game is not the same as playing it them selves and its all helpful for brand recognition I guess it depends if your more pessimist then optimist but common.. theirs no reason for a game thats more then a few years old to still be blocked cause even if its to prevent spoilers or increase sales BY that point in time years down the road it can only do the opposite for anyone who may never have seen the game before to suddenly get interested in it.. its practically free advertisement. I remember that one interview where the guy asked what some big shot thought of Japanese games right now lol.. its like yea a lot of them suck now-a-days.. there were the big dogs of gaming for a while but now they are just too stuck in the past and being concluded.. the few great Japanese games that come out need the exposure and would benefit from it.. IMO.
further more if your like me you wont bother to even watch streams form games you dont want to ever play anyways, or you will vocationally watch a stream to see if you "might " like the game.. knowing full well that if you enjoy watching it even a little bit you will probably enjoy playing it more. Also as far as spoilers go.. thats what the "story" tages on game videos are for if you see "story" or even "play-though" "long play" or "lets play" you know full well going in their may be spoilers and are not concerned either cause you already seen it before, or will skip the story parts on your onw, or just dont care about spoilers cause your onw of those that will be find with it and can pick and choose how "deep" into spoilers you want to go.. Either way after a couple years it still seems silly.. granted their are some who still haven't played x or y game but once again showing it off probably will only increase awareness and interest in the old IP.
uhg.. I think if they MUST block things to satisfy themselves.. I wish the English versions would not be blocked at least or at the very least.. send an update after a year or two allowing unblocked streaming.. cause it just creates more work for ppl who cant afford capture cards and takes ppl out of hte moment every-time the screen turns blank.... and theirs no way to stop it all anyways.. someones has uploaded the story parts somewhere.
