Loved how when he was asked where he saw himself in 50 moons, he said "hunter", then when he realized that was the wrong answer, he said "maybe gatherer". Ha ha. It's an exercise in guessing what someone you don't know wants to hear. Ha ha.
The panicked look he has is hilarious.
Everytime I watch this, i get new clue for my interview preparation 😂
Ahhh! I really miss them. One of the best comedy duo in my youth. The 'origin of....' still has me laugh to the point of tears. Bring them back please BBC.

I've seen all these Caveman sketches so many times but I still love them. I wish they would make some more on a DVD or something. Im 70 and seen so many Comedy shows over the years but these Guys are in a leauge of their own for sure.

I would say that they're different, not better, not worse, just different.
But you're right, they should be better known, but having said that, sadly, most of my pupils don't know who Mitchell and Webb are.

Interviewing an electrical engineer that time traveled and got stuck in the past.
Caveman: What you do?
Engineer: I'm an electrical engineer.
Cavemen: You know how to start fire with sticks?
Engineer: No, but I have this magnifying glass from the future that I can start a fire with using the sun (holds glass in front of caveman)
Cavemen: (Snatches glass from engineer and looks at it) That no work at night. (points to sticks) Fire - sticks - NOW!!!
Engineer: You know, I was thinking you can start the fire during the day and keep it on at night.
Cavemen: What if cloudy?
Engineer: (Desperately trying to start the fire with sticks.)

From someone who has been interviewed more times than I can count and also interviewed ppl dozens of times, I can tell that interviews are bs and in the end the hired can be good or bad anyway

Its a document u put your work experience and education on, so u can give it to the employer when you wanna get a job! :)
