I thought so, too, but it's not. This is a variation of a beat from them program Tom uses (sorry, can't remember the name right now). I'm pretty sure, he had chosen it, because it does sound like "Tommy Is An A**hole" but he didn't created it this way.

I love this track and listen to it often, but If you really want to see Tom go in, you have to check out 'No Response'(almost 6 minutes of straight bars with no chorus) and 'Dont Look Down'(7 1/2 minutes of straight bars with 1 simple bridge at the start of each section).
