Some things to note
They actually had inventory
They used warm traffic using scarcity as well as a lot of "point" system where they used gleam to be email subscription and share things
Lastly , try to get your customers instead of cold traffic use warm traffic

Facebook strategy won’t magically make you money.
It’s the marketing psychology that works here we have the meat .., build hype plus scarcity .. that’s it that’s more than enough. With that information an entrepreneur can become a millionaire and build something
I’m curious as to how you got all the people showing your watches for your IG. Surely you didn’t give away 100 watches to influencers/friends, or is that what you did before launch?
Dude it’s all in your own analysis you take the main KPIs and make decisions based on that the main aim should be to gather more and more data while staying profitable or either breakeven
selling to a 70k audience is easy, building from 0 and low marketing budget is the how

You are wrong. She built from 0 as she generated followers with influencers and paid ads, then when they reached 70k they launched on 5th

Just one problem: who produces all the widgets and who Pays for all those widgets up front? And what if no one wants them? :( A good product would be to abolish all the lawsand allow full black market economy.

Haha! I'm sure if you have tons of money to invest anyone can do it.The reality is that I started a shopify store on the side of my ebay/amazon business 5 years ago. I hardly sell anything on my shopify website. About 3- 5% of sales comes from Shopify so it is really dwarfed by my ebay/amazon sales. The funny thing is that a few months ago I got a congratulatory email from shopify saying that amongst those who started up the website the same time as me I am in the top 10% in revenues. So yeah. Don't get too excited.
You obviously need a good marketing strategy to succeed with Shopify.

how do you know if you followers will buy your watches and eventually become your returning customers
Ask them or do a pre-sale. Also, one trick I learned years ago is to get people on your list to put $1 towards something they would enjoy (based on the niche/subject of your list). Once they have paid you $1, they are far more likely to buy from you again. The first sale is the most difficult, so making it easy to make the first purchase gets you over the most difficult sale per customer. It's also important to have feedback on your watches (or whatever product/service) directly from your list and publicly give them credit for any changes made to your product/service due to their feedback. The more people feel invested in your product/service, the more likely they are to become repeat customers.

I'm sure there is- it's difficult to say as we're not familiar with the software available in your area. I'd say the best thing to do would be to google sri lanka + payment gateway and try and do some research on what is accessible in your area! Sorry for the lack of info here + hope this helped.

This is what happens when you don't watch the whole video.
Her brand makes 1 million a year, not her. She clearly said "1millions in revenue". Revenue not profit.
Instead of selling courses tell us how to grow our AUDIENCE on social media platforms! That is how Gretta made her money!! If she didn't have the following she wouldn't of made that money so fast! btw I am not a hater! but what I have learnt is, it's so important to make sure you have a good following on IG or Tiktok to be able to LINK and SELL your products to your social media followers. That way you can bank a lot easier!!
