I absolutely love this home! The only problem I have is the roof slopes with snow load and where it eventually all lands. The three bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths is absolutely perfect for my needs and entertaining. Master suite has plenty of storage and I like the little Tucktaway office area. Always nice to have an attached garage!
Very well thought out and efficient plan. Love the pantry access from the garage. Very smart. Always love a front porch. And back porch. Great for an East/West facing house, to watch the sunrises/sunsets with your special someone as you grow old.
Love this plan! The only things I would change would be to eliminate one of the two tubs and change the garage door to the side of the home instead of the front.
I like! It looks very similar to the other one BUT too much wood for me. I would use both of these designs to create the right fit for me though! Good job creators! I would like this fir place in the other similar design. Also double vanities for the hallway bathroom. I love the big drawer in the walk-in closet for the main bedroom. But I would not have any doors in that closet, I want it all open and exposed. Not to big on the black trim within the home but that is an easy fix. You know what, that wall were the picture is, I would create that to be a bookcase unit that opens up with a push. And it would open up to a small sitting room to were one could read books. Okay, I think that's it LoL. But great job nonetheless. I can't wait for the next design!!!😁
This house is like a TARDIS, bigger inside than it looks. I'm not keen on having the laundry machines off the entry, and if I didn't need an office I would use that space, in part, for my laundry room. I would immediately remove the oversized decorative fireplace in the living room. I like the access from the garage to the pantry and kitchen for bringing in groceries. I like the location of the master bedroom closet and that the master bath has both a tub and separate shower.
